Our workshops for children and young adults promote healthy living and focus on specific sports or healthy living . The workshops are typically held after school to provide youngsters with personalised learning opportunities for their growth.
Sport Specific
Our specialist coaches provide engaging and intensive programmes that allow youngsters to try new sports or improve their skills in a specific sport. These training sessions can be full or half days long, allowing students to delve into the complexities and joys of numerous sports such as Archery, Boxing, Table tennis, Gymnastics, and Team Sports. Children can explore their interests and talents in several athletic disciplines through these seminars.

Healthy Living
CYC Is committed to promoting healthy and active lifestyles. Our coaches are experienced nutrition experts who are passionate about educating youngsters on healthy food choices and excellent living practises. Our Healthy Living Workshops are intended to be enjoyable and participatory, with interactive activities that help students learn the value of nutritious eating and general well-being. Children who attend these seminars learn vital knowledge and skills that will help them make informed health decisions and live balanced lives.
